What are Plus points?

Plus points are cashback you earn in Yandex services for rides, purchases, and entertainment.
One point equals one tenge discount. You can accumulate and spend points with an active Plus subscription in the following services: Yandex Afisha, Go, Gas Stations, and Food.
Points are credited after the order is completed, sometimes up to 7 days later. For one order, you can either earn or spend points.
The balance is displayed in the Plus personal account, in the ForteApp, and in the top right corner of Yandex services.

Are there any restrictions or limits on bonus accrual?

For purchases up to 100,000 ₸ per month, you can earn a maximum of 1,000 points per month in Yandex services. If you spend more than 100,000 ₸ — 3,500 points per month. Additionally, you can earn up to 10,000 points per day across all purchases, and 20,000 points per month. These limits are separate from the points accrued under the basic Yandex Plus loyalty program.

What is the Yandex Plus subscription?

Yandex Plus is a subscription that includes Yandex Music, Yandex Books, Kinopoisk, and other services. New users receive a free 60-day trial period when opening a card.

Can I use the card without a Yandex Plus subscription?

Yes, but cashback in Plus points will not be accrued or redeemed.

Is there a limit on issuing the Yandex Plus Forte card?

Yes, you can have only one Yandex Plus Forte card at the same time. Forte also has a total limit of issuing up to 10 cards per year.

How to open an additional card?

It is not possible to open an additional card.

If I close my card and open a new Yandex Plus Forte card after some time, will promotional offers be available to me?

No, promotional offers are available only upon the first card issuance.

In which services can you earn points in Kazakhstan?

You can accumulate points in Yandex Go, Gas Stations, Scooters in Yandex Go, and on Yandex Afisha. They are credited to users with an active Yandex Plus subscription.

When paying with the Yandex Plus Forte card:

• In Yandex Go, you can get up to 20% cashback in points.
• On Yandex Afisha — up to 12% for ticket purchases.
• At Gas Stations — up to 8% when paying for fuel from 4,000 ₸.
• On Scooters in Yandex Go — up to 10% for each ride.
• In Yandex Eats — up to 5% for orders from restaurants and supermarkets.

When paying with any other card:

• In Yandex Go, you will receive 10% cashback in points for rides on the "Comfort," "Comfort+," and "Ultima" tariffs when paying with a card not linked to a corporate account.
• At Gas Stations — up to 3% when paying for fuel from 4,000 ₸.
• On Scooters in Yandex Go — up to 5% for each ride.

Points are usually credited immediately after the order payment, but sometimes the process can take up to 7 days.

How long are points valid?

With an active Plus subscription, points expire 3 years after being credited. If you do not log into your account — after one year. Points are an integral part of Yandex Plus. Therefore, when the subscription is canceled, they expire after 30 days.

You can check your points balance in your personal account at plus.yandex.kz or in the ForteApp.

For which MCC codes are points not awarded on the Yandex Plus Forte card?

Points are not awarded for transfers, utility payments, financial institutions, etc. (Full list).

For how many days are the promotional terms provided?

Promotional terms are provided for 2 calendar months. If you opened the card on May 15, 2024, the promotional terms will be valid from May 15 to June 30, 2024.
